This free breast augmentation exercise is especially effective for toning the muscles of the upper part of the chest, thus helping to give the top of the breasts a fuller, rounded look.  As  a bonus, the Incline Press also works the muscle of the shoulders and portions of the back of the upper arms, giving firmness to these parts of the body.

To do the exercise, you can use either two dumbbells or a barbell and still achieve the same effects.

Side note: You don't have to use heavy weights for the Incline Press, performing this moves correctly is the key to optimum results. Especially if you are just starting out, you shouldn't do this exercise with more than 10 pounds for both dumb bell added up. Personally, I prefer dumb bells, they give more flexibility as compared to a barbell.  

Here's what you do:

  • Sit on an incline bench with your feet flat on the floor, shoulder width apart.

  • Hold dumb bells with palms facing forward.

  • Inhale, then raise the weights directly upward until your arms are fully extended. 

  • Exhale as you lower the weights back down to your chest. 

  • Repeat
